Disabling 5GHz Wireless: Turn off all 5GHz Wi-Fi activity. Broadcast SSID: Disabling SSID broadcasting of your SSID will make it so outside users cannot see your 5GHz network when they scan for wireless networks. Users must manually enter the SSID to connect. Wireless Network ID (SSID): The name of your 5GHz Wi-Fi network. Guest Networks: Add additional 5GHz Wi-Fi network names with different Wi-Fi settings. Each new SSID can have its own security setting and speed settings. Channel Number: WiFi networks operate on specific Wi-Fi channels. Some network channels may have more interference than others. If your performance is unstable, try a different channel number. If you are using a repeater with this network, it is recommended you set a static channel, instead of using "Auto." WMM: Prioritizes multimedia data over the Wi-Fi network. Associated Clients: Shows active users connected wirelessly to your 5GHz network.
