Block a PC or Device You may want to block a PC or device from accessing the Internet. To do this, first determine the device's MAC address. (Every device has a unique MAC address which identifies the device. Sometimes the device's MAC address will be printed on a physical label affixed to the device. Most of the time, the MAC address can be found in the device's information screens.) Once you have the MAC address, you can enter the address (in the form 01:23:45:67:89:AB) and add it to the blocked MAC Addresses list. When a device's MAC address appears in the list, the device is blocked from accessing the Internet. Request 01:23:45:67:89:AB Filtered MAC Address How Many MAC Filters Can I Set Up? Up to 20 filters can be configured and active. MAC Filters   (example: 01:23:45:67:89:AB)                                   MAC Addresses entered: 0/20   ©2015 ARRIS Group, Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
