Port forwarding allows you to set a LAN host to receive certain data (usually from the WAN) based on a protocol and port numbers. Create a new port forwarding rule Delete port forwarding rule(s) Setup DMZ How to turn ON/OFF gateway response to ping from the WAN: Check the 'Allow Incoming Ping' checkbox to enable it, or uncheck to disable it Click the Save button How to view an existing port forwarding rule: Select one of the service categories (Games, VPN, Audio/Video, Apps, Server). The page will refresh and the available rules for the selected category will be displayed. From the 'Available Rules' box, select the rule you want to view. Click the View button. Another page will open. Click on Cancel on the next page to go back to this page. How to select and apply an existing port-forwarding rule: From the 'LAN IP' drop-down box, select the IP of the LAN client that will host the service. Select one of the service categories (Games, VPN, Audio/Video, Apps, Server). The page will refresh and the available rules for the selected category will be displayed. From the 'Available Rules' box, select the service that the LAN client will host Click the Add button. The selected service will appear in the 'Applied Rules' box. You can repeat the steps to add more services for the same LAN client Click the Save button Note: If you cannot find a certain IP in the drop-down box, either the LAN client is not connected to the gateway properly, or you need to enter the static IP of the LAN client. Click the 'New IP' button to add a static LAN client. How to create a port forwarding rule: Select the service category 'User'. The page will refresh and previously added rules will be displayed. Click the New button Follow the Help information on the next page. How to delete port forwarding rule(s): Select the service category 'User'. The page will refresh and previously added rules will be displayed. From the 'Available Rules' box, select the rule(s) which you want to delete Click the Delete button How to Setup DMZ: Click the DMZ link Follow the Help information on the next page.
